Hermes Agent 0.22.0 ships as biggest release with 34% less code

Nous Research released Hermes Agent v0.22.0 The Threshold Release, about 2.5x larger than v0.21.0. Source code shrank from ~1.06M to 698K lines (−34%) with no behavior change, and gateway/run.py dropped from 34,847 to 5,512 lines.
