Apple Podcasts API silently caps episodes at 200 and ignores offset

Testing Apple's public podcast JSON endpoints found limit is hard-capped at 200 episodes, with larger requests returning a byte-identical response and no error. The offset parameter is inert across /lookup and /search, and The Daily returns just 44 of its 2,752 episodes with gaps in the middle.
