Claude Code Review goes GA but never blocks a pull request

Anthropic took Code Review for Claude Code out of research preview on October 15, offering it to Team and Enterprise organizations with reviews now about 3x faster (~20 minutes down to 6–10 minutes). The product posts findings but never approves or blocks a pull request, while Anthropic's own repos block merges until every finding is resolved.
