Docker Engine 29.9.1 brings CVE fixes and behavior changes for self-hosters

Docker Engine 29.x release notes focus on security fixes: 29.9.1 updates containerd to v2.4.2 and patches CVE-2026-95839 plus two GHSA issues, while 29.9.0 fixes five CVEs and bumps BuildKit to v0.34.0. A bug that could send traffic in cleartext over encrypted Swarm overlay networks was also fixed.
