BYD unveils Atto 8 flagship with 9-minute 10–97% flash charging

At the Paris Motor Show, BYD debuted the three-row Atto 8 electric SUV with a 115-kWh battery and Flash Charging that goes from 10% to 70% in five minutes and 10% to 97% in nine minutes at up to 1,500 kW. BYD plans 3,000 ultra-fast stations within a year, with orders opening in early 2027.
