iOS 27 AI Shortcuts: natural-language creation and new triggers

In iOS 27, iPadOS 27 and macOS 27, Apple Intelligence can build Shortcuts from a natural-language description. Apple added screenshot, notification and keyboard triggers, and the Use Model action now supports on-device, cloud and ChatGPT models with web retrieval.

• Shortcuts can be created from a text description, then tested and edited before saving
• New triggers: screenshot, notification from a chosen app, and keyboard connect/disconnect
• Use Model action offers On-Device, Cloud, Cloud Pro and a ChatGPT extension model
• AI features require iPhone 15 Pro or newer, iPad with M1+ and Apple silicon Macs
