Capita to miss legal deadline on 93,000 civil servants' pension fixes, union says

The PCS union says Capita will miss the March 2027 deadline to correct pensions for 93,000 civil servants under the McCloud judgment, with 73,000 retirees and 20,000 deferred members still waiting.
