Chalmers robot researcher shows AI running the scientific discovery loop

Researchers at Chalmers University of Technology demonstrated an AI-enabled lab system that generates hypotheses, designs and runs experiments via lab automation, and interprets results. The peer-reviewed study, published in the Journal of the Royal Society Interface, was validated in systems biology using Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
