Intuit acquires UK fintech Sequence in reported $200M deal
Intuit has acquired London-based fintech Sequence, which uses AI to automate business billing, payments and revenue management. The deal is estimated at around $200 million, making it one of the largest exits by a UK AI startup with a female co-founder.
- Sequence was founded in 2021 and raised about $33 million
- Investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Passion Capital and firstminute capital
- Co-founder Riya Grover holds more than a 45% stake
- Customers include startups Legora and Cognition
