Data Broker Radaris Loses Its Website in Privacy Lawsuit

A New Jersey court, in a suit by Atlas Data Privacy Corp, transferred the domain radaris.com and 13 other domains to the plaintiff. Radaris collected addresses, phone numbers and family ties from public sources and sold access. The company did not appear in court; a default ruling was issued on August 26.
