Microsoft's new Photos app combines PC, OneDrive, and iCloud galleries

The rebuilt editor launches 25 percent faster, the viewer 15 percent faster, and HEIC images open up to 30 percent faster. The update is rolling out to Windows Insiders today, with a full release expected later this year.
