PowerHouse and Big Watt win approval for 1GW data center campus in Taylor, Texas

The Taylor City Council in Texas unanimously approved the Taylor Technology Campus by PowerHouse and Big Watt Digital. The 664-acre campus will deliver up to 1GW of data center capacity powered by a dedicated 750MW natural gas plant, with the first 500MW phase targeted for the first half of 2028.
