General Dynamics to add natural language control to combat vehicles

General Dynamics Land Systems and Primordial Labs will integrate the Anura Natural Language Command and Control platform into combat vehicles. The system lets crews control sensors, displays, communications and uncrewed systems with ordinary speech, without an internet connection.

• Anura NLC2 can be installed in any crewed or uncrewed combat vehicle
• The system works offline and is hardened against jamming and comms blackouts
• Crews control sensors, displays and drones by voice
• Smaller crews and shorter training are expected
