McKinsey makes job applicants spar with a fake AI client

McKinsey & Company will ask some entry-level candidates to hold a 10-minute conversation with an AI simulation of a client during interviews. The simulation covers about 80% of scenarios McKinsey consultants face daily, but humans, not the AI, will assess the candidates.
