OpenAI's London staff received an average of £2.3m each last year

Accounts for OpenAI UK Ltd show that 110 London staff shared £87m in salaries and £168m in shares, averaging £2.3m per person. The subsidiary's turnover more than trebled to £293m in 2025, with a profit of £20.3m.
