JP Morgan: iPhone 18 Pro demand is stronger than for 17 Pro last year
JP Morgan analysts say Apple's component order cuts for the iPhone 18 Pro are a typical post-launch adjustment, not a sign of weak demand. They report stronger demand for the 18 Pro in China than for last year's 17 Pro, but forecast a 2% drop in iPhone revenue due to the missing vanilla iPhone 18. The foldable iPhone Duo is expected to sell around 8.5 million units before the end of the year.
