Infotech acquires Lightspeed-backed SaaS startup Zluri

IT advisory firm Infotech has acquired Bengaluru-based SaaS startup Zluri to add application discovery and identity governance to its CIO Analytics platform. Terms were not disclosed; Zluri will operate as a standalone division in Bengaluru and keep serving existing customers.
