Frore's LiquidJet Diamond uses diamond heat spreader for AI GPU hotspots

Frore Systems launched LiquidJet Diamond, a liquid-cooling cold plate with a diamond heat spreader that targets hotspots in high-power-density AI GPUs. The company claims up to 75% higher heat-transfer efficiency, over 150% higher maximum power density, 16–22°C lower GPU temperatures and 30–35% higher AI tokens-per-watt efficiency.
