Frore Systems unveils LiquidJet Diamond coldplate for enterprise AI chips
Frore Systems has launched the LiquidJet Diamond coldplate, which adds diamond wafers to lower GPU temperatures by a further 10°C and boost tokens-per-watt efficiency by 35%. Live demos on a 2300W Nvidia Rubin solution with 770 W/cm² hotspot density are planned for OCP 2026.
