Xbox Launches Xbox Labs to Explore Modding and Game Decompilation

Xbox has created a new division called Xbox Labs to explore emerging technologies amid a rise in AI-enabled game modding and decompilation. CEO Asha Sharma said games are increasingly being ported to hardware they were never designed for, including Apple Silicon and browsers via WebAssembly and WebGPU.
