Pax8: 39% of UK SMBs hit with unexpectedly high AI bills

Pax8 research found 39% of UK SMBs have received unexpectedly high AI bills, while 24% discovered unauthorized AI tools in the past six months. Only 23% of UK firms have a formal review process for internally built AI, versus 32% in Germany and 36% in the US.
