Rambus unveils PMIC for LPDDR6 SOCAMM2 AI server memory

Rambus announced an industry-leading PMIC designed for low-power LPDDR6 SOCAMM2 server memory modules, developed with customers and ecosystem partners for next-gen AI infrastructure. The chip targets higher throughput per watt for AI training and inference workloads.
