SK hynix: AI infrastructure to grow 20x by 2030
SK hynix development chief Ahn Hyun said at SEDEX 2026 that AI infrastructure will grow about 20x by 2030. With data movement between memory tiers becoming the new bottleneck, the company is betting on 3D Stacked DRAM, HBF, custom HBM and CXL.
