South Korea delays higher delisting market-cap threshold to July 2027
South Korea's Financial Services Commission and Korea Exchange postponed the higher market-cap delisting threshold from January to July 2027, a six-month delay. The KOSDAQ threshold rises to 20 billion won in July 2026 and 30 billion won by July 2027; 238 companies and 3.12 million retail investors with 7.85 trillion won in assets are at risk.
