Final Fantasy VII Revelation hands-on: strong first impression

MobileSyrup went hands-on with a demo of Final Fantasy VII Revelation, the final part of the Remake trilogy. It covers the opening chapter near the Northern Crater, playable Cid and Vincent, the FITS gear system and Travis Willingham as Sephiroth.

• Demo covers the first chapter — the journey to the Northern Crater after Aerith's death
• Cid Highwind and Vincent Valentine are playable for the first time, each with a distinct style
• Vincent transforms into the Galian Beast; Cid uses the classic Dragoon Jump
• The new FITS system replaces classic Jobs, but its impact wasn't clear in the demo
