Workday goes headless, opens HR and finance data to outside AI agents

Workday made its Trusted Agent Platform headless, with its MCP server, SQL access to live Workday data, and a shared agent runtime now generally available. Agents run under Workday permissions, approvals, and audit trails, and can use models from Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, Nvidia, and OpenAI.
