China's Chaifu debuts 5-ton-payload robot at Shanghai's CIIF

Shanghai Chaifu Robotics unveiled the CR5000-3700 heavy-duty industrial robot at the 26th China International Industry Fair, with a rated payload of 5,000.36 kg, beating FANUC's previous 2,300 kg record. The robot has a 3,700 mm reach and targets nuclear power, rail transit and heavy manufacturing.
