Russia's Shturm robot tank stalls during debut display for Putin
At the Tsentr-2026 drills (Sept 28 – Oct 3), Russia's uncrewed Shturm tank lost its C2 radio link with its command vehicle, forcing organizers to switch to a human driver. Even under manual control, the vehicle got stuck in a muddy ditch. Shturm is built by Uralvagonzavod on T-72/T-90 chassis with a shortened 125mm D-414 gun.
