Python 3.15: test shows lazy import defers the delay, not removes it

Python 3.15 shipped on October 9, 2026 with lazy imports, frozendict, sentinel, unpacking in comprehensions, UTF-8 by default and the Tachyon profiler. A test with a module taking 2 seconds to initialize showed a regular import at 2.006 s, a lazy import statement at 0.000 s and the first use of the module at 2.002 s.

• Regular import of a module with a 2 s delay took 2.006 s
