Accelya launches FLX Recover agentic AI for airline passenger recovery
On October 13, 2026, Accelya announced FLX Recover, an agentic AI solution that helps airlines rebook disrupted passengers, reroute baggage and manage compensation at scale. Built on AWS with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Accelya's FLX AIViator layer, it was engineered with RapidScale. It is available now from Accelya and via AWS Marketplace with contract-based pricing.
- FLX Recover runs a five-step loop: Detect, Assess, Recover, Communicate, Learn
- The platform is PSS-agnostic and connects to existing airline systems via the Modular Exchange Framework
- Agents process passengers in parallel, weighing loyalty status, connections, baggage and compensation
- Airlines set autonomy limits: some scenarios run automatically, others need human approval
