Vercel AI Gateway Adds Muse Wonder, Decision-1 and Clef-omni

Vercel AI Gateway now routes Meta's Muse Wonder 1.0 with a 1M-token context, Microsoft's Decision-1 classification model and Cloudflare's multimodal Clef-omni. GitHub rewrote the Copilot runtime from TypeScript to Rust, cutting startup from 5.25s to 292ms and per-client memory by ~100MB.
