FCC chief targets $100B from spectrum auctions

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr said the regulator plans to raise over $100 billion from a series of spectrum auctions in the next two years. The first will be an auction of 160 MHz in the upper C-band by July 2027, followed by three more auctions ending by the end of 2028.
