Apple leadership shake-up: Ternus as CEO, Smith takes over M&A

With John Ternus as Apple's new CEO, the company is reshuffling leadership: veteran Steve Smith takes over acquisitions, corporate and M&A development from Adrian Perica. Perica stays on to oversee Apple News, iCloud and Fitness+, reporting to Eddy Cue, while Smith reports to CFO Kevan Parekh.
