Google Health Coach finally lets you turn off proactive insights

Google has added a setting in the Google Health app that disables Health Coach's proactive AI insights. The toggle arrived in version 5.06: with insights off, Coach text disappears from the Today tab, while on-demand questions and fitness plans remain available.
