Fresh ChatGPT Accounts Tell Users They're in the Top Percentiles of Intelligence

Futurism tested a viral prompt asking ChatGPT to rank users by intelligence: on brand-new accounts with no chat history, the model called users "above average" and placed them around the 80th–95th percentile. Claude, Grok, Copilot and Gemini all declined to estimate, citing a lack of data on other users.
