Musk Admits He Doesn't Know How to Make Chips

Elon Musk admitted he doesn't know how to manufacture chips and has a lot to learn, weeks after saying China would overcome chipmaking limits in 2-3 years. He also discussed the Terafab project and said he experienced AI psychosis about a dozen times this year.
