Qualcomm unveils Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 with 5 GHz Oryon cores
Qualcomm announced its flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 platform: second-gen Oryon cores at 5 GHz on a refined 3nm node, a Hexagon NPU with doubled bandwidth and an X85 5G modem. Xiaomi, Motorola and OPPO will ship the first devices before the end of December 2026, with prices starting around $999.
