AMD releases ROCm 10.1.0 with WSL2 preview and three new libraries

AMD released ROCm 10.1.0, adding a technical preview of WSL2 support via TheRock, including the librocdxg library and an AMD SMI backend. The Core SDK gains hipThreads 1.0.0, libhipcxx 3.0.2 and RPP 3.2.0, with updates to PyTorch 2.14.0, vLLM 0.29.0, JAX 0.11.1, SGLang 0.5.18 and MIGraphX 2.18, while TensorFlow 2.19.1 support ends.
