macOS 27 adds remote AppleCare log collection via MDM

Apple introduced TriggerEnhancedLogCollection and a cancel command in iOS, iPadOS, macOS and tvOS 27: AppleCare issues a token, IT triggers collection through MDM, and logs upload directly to the support ticket. macOS requires user consent, while tvOS and Shared iPads collect logs non-interactively.
