Cipher extends Barber Lake data center leases to 20 years

Cipher Digital has signed 20-year lease deals with Fluidstack and an unnamed AI lab at its Barber Lake campus in Texas. The added commitments are expected to bring in about $5.2bn, lifting total contracted revenue from $3.8bn to more than $9bn.
