Japan extradites suspected Qilin ransomware operative to Germany
Japan's National Police Agency confirmed the arrest and extradition to Germany of a 28-year-old Russian national accused of involvement in the Qilin ransomware gang. He was detained at an Osaka hotel in May under a German warrant and sent to Germany in June.
