Tesla Vows FSD Certification in Korea After Audit Reveals Zero Road Tests
South Korea's National Assembly audit ended with Tesla Korea CEO Seo Yeong-deuk pledging to seek formal FSD certification, while the transport ministry confirmed it has run no independent road-safety tests on the system. Of 229,311 registered Teslas, only 47,458 (20.7%) can legally use FSD.
