Benchmark: PHPStan 2.3 cuts WordPress commit analysis from 6s to 1.8s

A developer benchmarked PHPStan 2.3.1 across 60 real wordpress-develop commits: the average commit now takes 1.8 seconds versus 6.0 seconds on 2.1.49. Cold runs dropped from 48.6 to 31.2 seconds, or 13.3 seconds with Turbo, while Rust-based Mago does a full run in 1.1 seconds but keeps no cache.
