Belarusian hacktivists claim 2023 breach of Moscow healthcare network
The Belarusian Cyber Partisans said they gained administrator-level access to the Moscow Department of Health in 2023 and spent months inside its network. The claim follows a report by Russian firm Solar, which detected the intrusion in December 2025.
