Chip Motors unveils smiling mini-EV Chip starting at $15,000

Miami-based startup Chip Motors has shown Chip, a six-seat low-speed electric vehicle with reactive facial expressions, a voice assistant and up to 100 miles of range. The four-seater will start at $15,000 and the six-seater at $18,000, with deliveries beginning in the second half of 2027.
