GrapheneOS Accuses Google of Gatekeeping Android 17 Features and Security Fixes

GrapheneOS claims that Android 17 QPR1, released in the September Pixel Drop, contains APIs and changes unavailable to the rest of the Android ecosystem. It also alleges Google is withholding some security patches for standard Android components from other manufacturers until QPR2 in December.
