European startups raise €15.8B in September, up 394% from August

European tech startups raised €15.8 billion across 300 deals in September, up from €3.2 billion across 165 deals in August — a 394% jump in value. French AI company Mistral led with a €3 billion Series D at a valuation above €21 billion, while 25 companies raised over €100 million each.
