Turnitin: students in transparent writing environment nearly 50% less likely to fully outsource to AI

Turnitin's Q3 Learning Integrity Insights Report found that in Turnitin Clarity, 7.6% of US submissions scored above 80% AI writing versus 14.3% outside the platform. Of nearly 840,000 prompts, 66% of students never used the AI assistant.
