SpaceX to buy 800 MHz spectrum for Starlink Mobile; AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile shares fall

SpaceX has agreed to acquire a nationwide spectrum portfolio from Grain Management, covering up to 14 MHz of paired spectrum in the 800 MHz band. The deal, subject to FCC approval, is meant to help Starlink Mobile become a major US carrier. Shares of AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile dropped in extended trading.
