IBM offloads hundreds of cloudy VMware customers to Broadcom partner 11:11
IBM has sold contracts for hundreds of customers running VMware Cloud Foundation in its cloud to Broadcom partner 11:11 Systems. Broadcom has cut its roster of cloudy VMware partners to those fully committed to VCF; excluded partners lost resale rights in October 2025 and may not run VMware clouds after March 2027.

- Customers run VCF 7 and 8, making them "ripe for migration" to VCF 9
